CHARGES
Conference Hall (maximum 200 pax) US$650.00 per day
Conference hall charges include 01 slide projector, 01 OHP, 01 multi-system
TV (21''), 01 VCR multi-system, 01 lapel-mike, 01 flipchart stand with
flipchart & mineral water during conference but not exceeding 01 bottle per
person per day.
Data Projector US$350.00 per day
Secretariat Room US$300.00 per day
Secretariat room charges include 01 computer with Internet connection, 01
laser printer, 01 photocopier, fax and telephone service. Charges will be
applicable to connection at US$00.50 per minute and all papers for
photocopying and printing at US$00.10 per page and all out going faxes and
telephones at published hotel rates.
Additional equipment charges

• Slide Projector US$50.00 per day
• TV US$30.00 per TV per day
• VCR US$25.00 per VCR per day
• Flip charts with stand US$15.00 per flipchart with stand per day
• PC US$40.00 per PC per day

Break-away rooms (small meeting rooms) US$350.00 per room per day
