Curry leaves or murraya koenigii spreng. comes from rutaceae
citrus family. Fresh leaves has a very fresh and pleasant aroma.The small
leaves comes in thin stalks and often the top braches are cut and the leaves
remain in these branches till usage to ensure that its fragrance is not
lost.You will find a lot of these trees grown in our spice garden.
