CONFERENCE FACILITY CHARGES

Conference Hall: US $1000.00 per day
Conference hall charge includes a multimedia data projector, multi-system TV set with a VCR, one slide projector, one OHP, one flipchart with stand and mineral water during conference but not exceeding one bottle per person per day.

Secretarial Room: US $250.00 per day
Secretarial room charge includes 01 PC with internet connection, 01 laser printer, 01 photocopier, DID telephone and fax services. Charges will be applicable for photocopying and printing papers at US $0.15 per page and all out going faxes and telephones at the publish rates at the Hotel.

Break-away Rooms: US $350.00 per room per day
Break-away room charges do not include any equipment.

Tea/coffee breaks with light snacks US $7.50 per person per break
